Fabulous hotel, Very clean. Lovely well-appointed rooms. If you like a good nights sleep its the quietest darkest rooms I have ever stayed in. We had an atrium room. Only downside we found the virtual room keys on our phones a bit temperamental. Breakfast expensive.

Fabulous hotel in a great location to explore London. Close to Waterloo and tube stations and spitting distance from south bank. The rooms are laid out brilliantly for families with separate sections divided by the bathroom. The facilities are great. And we had a very pleasant stay. Check in could be simplified though. We ended up having to give the same details 3 times just to get a room key and queues each time were long

This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Great location and hotel
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards again to check-in. This was after 2 hours of trying to sort it out. Eventually checked into room at around 11pm. Spent another hour through the night, trying to sort out booking through help portal. Eventually fixed up by breakfast time in the morning, so no real time to enjoy our stay. Room was cleaned prior to checkout which made it a little awkward to pack and shower prior to departure.
