Hotel absolutely brand new! Everything fantastic! Staff very helpful! Specially each time we passed the reception she was offering us drinks all the time! We were so happy with this great service, thanks again for everything! Also location it’s great! Near shopping centre , near Tramway! You can find everything in that areas! Definitely we will go there again! Thanks for great service and care of us!

Ayrıca ücretsiz kahvaltı da rezervasyonumuza dahildi ama bu hizmetten faydalanmak istediğimizde başta ücretsiz kahvaltı olmadığını söylediler, yetkili çalışanı yarım saat kadar bekledikten sonra itiraz ile ücretsiz kahvaltı hakkımızı kullanabildik. Bu sebeplerle rezervasyon detaylarının güncellenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımseverdi, tüm sorularımızı yanıtladılar ve seyahatimizde bize yardımcı oldular. Konumu harika, merkezi bir yerde. Hiç araç kullanmadan her şeyi yapabiliyorsunuz. Temizlik özensizdi, odalar daha temiz olabilirdi. Odanın kondisyonu ve kullanılışlığı iyiydi. Klimalar yeterliydi.
