Smart new slick looking hotel just a stones through away from the train station and city centre. It really couldn’t have had a better position. The rooms are modern clean looking. And I love the multi shower on power shower. If I had to give one comment I would ask for my towels to have more fragrance to them

It was a great space, very clean and organized. It had lots of storage for bags and clothes while also having space in the bedroom and bathroom ( vary spacious bedroom overall) . My only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge

Good Hotel in Great Location
I have stayed at other InterCity hotels before and have always been satisfied. This is a very new hotel, and location is great. Very close to the station, but also close to the centre of Leiden. Reception staff at the hotel were excellent, providing information and assistance as necessary. Room was pleasant and bed comfortable. All at a very reasonable price. Would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely new hotel right outside the train station. Great location , lovely room but a fridge would have been helpful . Breakfast was expensive but there are supermarkets opposite the station where you can buy bakery items , prepared fruit bowls , yogurts etc.

Stayed here on the opening night, so everything was very new and clean. Hotel is conveniently located, only a 2-minute walk from Central station. Bed is very comfortable and well worth the price paid. The only downside is that only bottled water are provided in the Business Room, no kettle or tea/coffee are available.

1. The indications on how to use the air conditioner are hard to understand. 2. A small refrigerator should be installed. 3. The shower room needs an internal door. The shower water gets the bathroom floor very wet. It's disgusting to walk under. 4. There isn't even a clock in the room.
