As others have noted, it can be a bit noisy depending on location, due to the nightclub in the hotel. For me, it wasn't unduly loud and I could sleep, but could see where a light sleeper might be unhappy about the noise. I also occasionally enjoy nightclubs, which might be why it didn't bother me. I did go one night, a weekend night, and it was crowded with mostly Indian men in their 20's and a smattering of Russian women. Not a club I'd recommend as a couple to visit, or one you'd have much luck at if you were single looking to meet local women.
Ordered room service; food was fair, but as I ordered western food from an Indian restaurant, I didn't expect much more.
I also obtained a car and driver through the hotel for a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. The driver was reliable and friendly, as was the tour guide he picked up in Agra, and both provided very good service. The price seemed a bit on the pricey side for India (14,000 rupees for the day) but I didn't have the opportunity to check out other options and they did give me the correct price up front without any hidden fees or add ons.
