4/10 Fair

When I arrived at check in my room was not even started on to be cleaned. The front desk lady was amazing but she was the only staff member we saw durning our entire time there. She needs a raise! When we did finally go to our room we were hit in the face with wet wet dusty smelling air. It was so ungodly muggy that I ran to turn on the AC to cool it off. But wait! The AC is so loud that it almost vibrates the room, so chances of sound sleep are minimal. On the left side of the bed there was this white stain that we weren’t certain of on the floor. We weren’t happy with our stay other than the lady that worked at the front desk during our visit. She was the only part of our stay there that we enjoyed.

2/10 Poor

Beware!!!! Our first room stunk of cigarettes! We got moved to another room, didn’t smell but the room was filthy. The hallway carpet was cleaner than our rooms. Ended up cleaning the bathtub and sink area, they had some kind of black substance in them. Bathroom floor filthy, room still had some leftover garbage in the waste baskets. Bedding was clean! Needless to say we won’t be staying here or recommending this place to anyone.

It is advertised that guests will receive a complimentary breakfast and that it is served until 10 am. We went at 930 yesterday and there wasn't any food. So we had to go somewhere else. There aren't many options in Warroad to eat. The room was ok, had a slight musty smell. Bed was a tad too soft.

We stayed here one night on our way to The Shed, NW Angle, & Canada. The front desk receptionists were both friendly & accommodating. Breakfast options were slim but adequate for a quick bite to eat. (There is a restaurant on property for more options.) Overall property was clean, felt safe, & provided what we were looking for. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area again!

Loved that The Patch had a Roku so we could sign in to streaming channels. The property was nice and clean, but we had to walk all the way to the front to get ice, there was no microwave in the room, the beds were very wonky, no pool, staff puts breakfast out first thing in the morning and doesn't replenish any items. We went in for breakfast at 9 and the only thing they had was eggs, breakfast is served from 6-10. The girl working the front desk was nice and got us bread and nuked us a couple pieces of sausage, but we were very disappointed, especially after coming from staying at the AmericInn in Roseau.
