The hotel is located about a mile down a dusty, unmade track. The front is modern but not really impressive. The reception is ordinary, but the staff were lovely.
The room is ultra modern and very clean (the numbers of the rooms are on the floor outside the door!) The ceiling, however is unfinished – sort of breeze block painted white with light bulbs in them. Our room had a walk in shower, separate toilet, but no bath. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, but no tissues. The mini fridge was well stocked and had a good variety at a reasonable price. The bed was large with plenty of pillows (no extra blankets), but there was a hole in the bedspread. Little picky things, but which I would not expect in a 5 star hotel, There were no bedside tables and only one comfortable chair. No obvious signs that this was a health spa, but the pool (the small one was empty) looked inviting. Good free parking. The wifi reception in the room, though, was dreadful and the air-con didn’t work!
This is a very pleasant 3 to 4 star hotel, but definitely NOT a 5 star.
