3楼是KTV , 換了3间房间, 但都听到音响歌声. 最後是开着电视才能入睡. KTV听说开到凌晨4点. 店員都用 “謊言” 來 “打退” 客人的要求 : 1. 當值女經理开始用 “巳沒有同娄型的房间 “ 為理由, 不讓我换房 ; 但最後 换的那一间 , 卻就是 同娄型的房间. 2. 盒裝紙巾没有了, 打了4次电话 , 45分鐘後 , 才拿上來. 最初給了我 一卷廁纸 , 说因为酒店里的盒裝紙巾用完了. 3. 要求向總經理投诉, 回应是他不在 , 也不知什麽時候会來上班 . 房间内的电视机很小, 舊. 發現用中文寫的評論, 酒店只回应了一个. 但用英文寫的評論, 差不多每一个酒店都有回应. 这是什麽 意思 !

Hotel is quite nice ,the reception is really friendly n helpful, there r lots of restaurants there. 3 mins to the Shopping mall. Free airport pickup n drop off service. When arriving the airport, just go to information desk to call them ,n they will send a car to pick up. Really convenient

There is no security guard in the lobby and there is no sense of security. Moreover, the equipment is also very old, and other floors are being renovated during the period, which is very noisy.
