When I went to get breakfast bags from the front desk for my kids I was told I could only take one when I had two rooms with six kids and my husband so we didn’t get any. Also their was no housekeepers working so our rooms weren’t service at all the two days we stayed

The rooms were very small, and due tonthe freeze that happend a few weeks before there werw signs that they were still under construction, which was a eye sore, to see plastic all around.

Honestly this place was in bad conditions and we had issues from the beginning since the check in because once we got our key we went to out given room on the elevator and it was taking a while to get to 2nd floor and we where wondering why it didn’t work properly then we make it to the room we was given and the room was dirty like someone was staying there then I go down and tell the receptionist and he said it’s supposed to be clean so he changes the room to a room on 3rd floor so we have the same issue on the elevator then only one out of the two keys for the door work. Well we finally made it to a so called clean room it was bad and in terrible conditions I will provide pictures if it available. it smelled terrible(towels where dirty, carpet was nasty, restroom didn’t want to flush, bathtub had hairs in it, and the air unit smelled just like cigarette)and it was a so called non smoking room 😓 and with my three kids it was just not a good place to stay but we didn’t have possibilities to get my money back so we toughened it out and ended up staying since it was for two days only. But I would not recommend this place at all for a family even though I went based of reviews since it had great ones but making it there was a big No-no. And I understand could be that there are still in the process of renovations since all the weather issues they had had in the previous years but they need to have it closed at-least til it’s good to be livable for family and in good condition.

Do not stay here!!! I repeat do not stay here. First off, the charge all people that book through hotels.com a $100.00 damage deposit. I have never encountered that before. When i enquired about getting the deposit back, i was told that it qould be between 3 to 6 business days, depending on my bank. The place was a dump. It was dirty and run down. Wonder when i will get my deposit back. The only redeeming aspect of this place were the employees, whom were exceptionally nice.

First of all they are doing renovations to the hotel so the initial look of the hotel is off putting. Then the customer service is horrid. The room itself was not very clean at all. I remember seeing only 1 housekeeper the entire time. And I would never stay here again.

Terrible hotel!! Definitely roach motel if I ever saw one holes in the elevator floor, exposed wires on button panels, you can’t close the curtains completely so good luck to someone trying to sleep during the day absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to!!!!

Things that i wasn't told til we got there. They require 100.00 deposit even for one night. They are very adamant on it especially if you book online. Morning staff was quite rude. Breakfast is grab and go no choices just small brown bag one per guest. If you ever stayed at a Microtel this place is exactly like it. We also had no water during our stay during the storm. Beds were comfy but didnt seem like they were queen sized and bathtub was nice when we finally had water pressure come back. I'm also a local and at this point i would not recommend this place at all. No maid service and when we did we did all our cleaning which is fine but only had it once.

It’ll do
When I attempted to put my key card in the door flew opened. In room 330 you have to slam it for it to actually close. I sanitized the headboard, microwave and table before cleaning the tub and toilet. Small room but good enough for what’s needed. The other guest were loud. The electricity went out during the night.
