You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more.

Me hospedei de 4a. a domingo, em apartamento de frente para Rua Região. Lugar sujeito a movimento de balada de noite e madrugada, em vários dias da semana e não só fim de semana, cheguei 4a. a noite e banheiros não estavam limpos, em especial o lugar de banho.

A localização é boa. Fui recebida muito bem por uma funcionária. A rua em si é muito estranha. Também não gostei do fato de ter apenas um banheiro com chuveiro. Quarto silencioso. Apartamento é bem completo. Fiquei apenas para dormir. Se fosse uma viagem mais longa, não me hospedaria.
