Nice hotel-scary neighborhood

All good as per the basic level accommodations—without complaints due to low fee. Also great complimentary breakfast on the Tamarack run weekend. Be aware, downtown Ottawa is now populated with homeless, dangerous, mostly high people. Too bad it was a beautiful city 10+ years ago.

Ok for the price

The room was fine, modest and clean, the mattress was a little thin but for the price you can't really asked for more. Grocery store right across the street, refrigerator and microwave provided and cold AC, highly recommend if you're in a budget. Free continental breakfast, the front office staff wasn't very knowledge about the area but it's understandable because they're mostly foreign students so I get it, parking available next door but a little pricey, I parked my car at one of the city's structure which was about $15 a day Canadian dollars. I did see a lot of of homeless people around the area with glass pipes smoking crack in plain sight

It was cozy and neat. Very simple and tidy. The only thing i have to fix is the smell. There is a distinct smell like sweat. I have to spray too much of febreze before the smell gone from my sense of smell🤗, but overall we’re all happy.

Close to downtown attractions , you can walk to any of them. Friendly staff and cleanliness room. Also a good night view of the downtown. The only problem is the AC is too loud.
