Truly content!
I’m so glad I ended up booking here! Great location in Zona Rosa; some reviews say it’s loud but from my room I could not hear any music, etc. Very comfortable beds, great customer service, and free non-mediocre breakfast. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in CDMX; this property beats all of them. Definitely will book again.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Zona Rosa
I’ve stayed here multiple times this year and I have to say, I’ve had a great time every time. The staff is absolutely amazing except for one of the front desk employees. I believe he works the night shift. But other than that I love this place. It’s centrally located to everything, Polanco, Roma, and El Angel De La Independencia. The rooms are super clean. I also love their small gym. They have 24/7 security. Their bar and restaurant is excellent except that they close too early. Edgar one of the front desk employees is my favorite, he is very attentive, very friendly and always has the right attitude. Thank you Edgar for making my stay incredible.

Lovely hotel if you can deal with clubs
We really liked the hotel itself. Our room was great, recently updated, and there was a free breakfast (they called it continential, but it was more like a set menu). The one negative was there are several clubs on the street that play very loud music til 5a every night. We had a street facing room so we could hear it. If it wasnt for that, Id rate it a 10.

Do not stay in street facing units. Otherwise fine
We booked a balcony suite and got it… but BEWARE any room facing the street is facing a nightclub with blaring music till 5am and it was like the DJ was in our bed. At 3am, once we couldn’t handle it anymore, they moved us to the back of the hotel but not before telling me there was nothing they could do and no availability. It took me getting fairly upset for them to “discover” the other vacancy. That said, once we moved to back of the hotel, it was perfectly fine stay. We are a young couple but heads up for any elderly- there’s quite a few stairs before you reach the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and nicely furnished as was the rest of the hotel. The best part of the hotel is the location being so close to lots of attractions in Mexico City

Amazing Hotel in Juarez/Roma Norte
We had an amazing stay for our first trip to Mexico City! The staff was very friendly, the room was brand new, clean, and very comfortable. Since we are Hotels.com Gold, we received a free bottle of wine and early check-in. Highly recommend and we will be back! We were able to walk to many bars and great restaurants.

Fantastic, centrally located
Fantastic stay, the rooms were larger and cleaner than expected. Close to all the attractions, centrally located. Very friendly staff and felt safe staying here. Just a few steps away from many LGBT bars on the Amberes street.

Ended up not staying the nights due to club noise next door and the guest policy, both of which I was not told about. Waiting on my refund from the hotel and/or for Orbitz. Both companies impossible to reach or contact so getting a response is obsolete. Can someone from Orbitz at least reach out? there is not an email / contact number or anything to reach you at Orbitz.

The hotel was in a well guarded tourist zone. Close to many sites and was well maintained. Room was big and comfortable. Only complaint is that the gym doesnt open till 9am and a bit cramped but it has new equipment in bright conditioned space.

First I am shocked that this property made it on Expedia VIP list because it should be removed. My experience is here was bad, the management does not take responsibility and accountability. There’s no respect for guests. My son left his Invisalign in tray box (which is bright purple) after use to dry. We went out for the day had our room clean, the Invisalign is gone so immediately I go to let front desk know that the maid maybe thought it was rubbish. Manager calls and says she didn’t do it, well I told her it couldn’t walk away. She kept saying we train our staff not to touch private things and even accused me of not having the Invisalign. We bring a special cleaning machine for it and also told me if that I should have put it in the safe. I asked her a rhetorical question if she would put her retainer in a safe? Ridiculous. Anyways she kept telling me she’s not responsible. We’ve stayed at other hotels and the way management is handling the issue is unprofessional. The restaurant food is horrible. My son ordered the hamburger and couldn’t eat after 2 bites because it was dry and tasteless. I had a goat cheese salad literally 3 big blocks and cheeses but maybe 3 bites of greens. The portions sizes are off. My husband has tacos and they were mediocre. They are literally 2 bites and expensive. I tried the gym but they don’t even have the AC running so the gym is stuffy. PLUS it’s not open until 9am. How are tourist suppose to go out if they still want to get a workout in?
