ラウンジでコーヒーのみならず、ソフトドリンク、一部のアルコールまで飲み放題だったのはとてもよかった。 割と本格的なマッサージ機が無料で使えたのもよかったです。 残念だったのは、部屋の空調の微調節ができなかったこと、室内はリフォームされて綺麗だったが、ベランダの塗装が剥げかけていて、せっかくの景観がやや損なわれたことでしょうか。 宿泊費用は安かったので、コスパ的にはまぁまぁかなと思います。

お茶菓子も無下呂温泉は若い頃から何十回と行っていますが、昔から温泉に入る前に甘いお菓子を頂き、ゆっくり浸かるのが風流なのに、残念でした。 　お湯もぎしぎしであれは下呂温泉の湯ではないです他の宿でもツルツル感があっても、ぎしぎし感は一度も有りませんでした、絶対にお湯♨️おかしいと思います。

ラウンジでは10時までアルコール、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題です。 レストランのスタッフの接客はとても良かったが、入退室や個別注文の際ルームキーの確認がなく、精算の際、頼んでいないビールの請求がありました。 間違った部屋番号を言っても、オーダーが通ってしまうので、気をつけてほしい。 お風呂は掛け湯の場がなく、そのまま湯船につかる人もいて、残念。 洗い場にはシャンプーなど、洗面にも化粧水やクレンジングなど用意してあるので、手ぶらでも大丈夫。
