Very Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Arriving early, we were offered a locker to store our luggage until check in time. The central location of the hotel was very convenient, making it possible to easily walk or access public transit to the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. Complimentary breakfast had many delicious options and was well organized. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Also, we appreciated the complimentary water provided in the lounge area to refill our water flasks. We highly recommend.

A very nice hotel in a perfect position to explore Valencia. My hotel room was absolutely spotless and had a kettle,fridge and hair dryer. I really liked the fact that you could open the windows andsit on a small balcony.The room also had air conditioning.Bed was large and comfortable.The bathroom was immaculate with a walk- in shower. Location of this hotel is excellent, less than a mile from train station, right in the main square, beautiful views from the balcony, lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep, city bikes to rent outside the front, nice breakfast. Hotel was nice and in a central location. AC in the rooms is great and very cold!!! There are also ceiling fans in the room. There is a nice rooftop lounge/restaurant across the street but you need advance reservations to sit down. If in Valencia again I would return to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay however we had multiple key card issues trying to get into our room 702. On multiple occasions the front desk had to use a device to help us get into our room because the key cards were not working. The staff was helpful but this was extremely inconvenient having a broken door during our hotel stay and was very frustrating having to deal with it.
