Honestly not sure how this is rated as 4 star.
I was very disappointed with my stay. For starters, the listing advertises English speaking staff but not all speak English. This was one main reason I chose this hotel and it was a problem when I needed to locate a health clinic at night at the front desk staff didn’t speak English.
Second, only one elevator, very slow, and seems like it could break down at any moment.
Third, upon check in I was put in a room with a dirty, moldy bathroom and the shower was missing one entire side of the shower door. Meaning after a 5 minute shower the entire bathroom was soaking wet even though I covered the floor in towels. I slipped and fell getting out. Told front desk staff and they initially apologized but said they didn’t have any other rooms. Not sure how they could put a guest in a faulty shower room from the start? After having Expedia call the hotel for help, they found me another room. But the hotel was fully booked for the week so I assume some other unlucky guest got stuck in that awful room.
Fourth, listing advertises 24/7 lobby and front desk staff however I returned in the night from a health clinic to a pitch black lobby and locked front door to the building. Rang the bell and had to bang and bang to get someone to let me in.
The rooms are tiny, not that clean feeling and the hotel overall needs upgrades.
Can’t speak to the breakfast because I opted out.
Only positive is very kind staff.
