Nice and quiet place to stay for a getaway weekend near everything. The place looks and feel modern while the location is great. The room can be on the warm side and the AC only works to cool the room but but nothing else.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. It was difficult to get in touch with the front desk with the information provided on hotels.com, but once there, the front desk went above and beyond. Rebecca was wonderful. The area with food trucks out front is great and the hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient.

This was the best place we stayed while in Costa Rica. It is a mini 1 bedroom apartment and was very clean and had all the up to date amenities that would be needed. We also went fishing in Quepos and needed a freezer and this apartment offered that to freeze our fish for the flight home. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in San Jose!

Modern, up-to-date apartmanets, great lay out, lots of light anf life, convieniently located, great dining places in the same block, one small market in the same mall area and bigger grocery store near by, fantastic service by every single staffer, Rebeca is a sweetheart, and Kellyana is on top of things. I go to CR every year once year and always go to a different place, but from now own, Apartamentos Cityzen will be my Tico-Home.

Llegué, no había nadie en recepción y la puerta cerrada. Las chicas del AC Marriott llamaron al guardia y me abrió. Estuve haciendo el checking con el guardia con lo que tardé más de 30 min en llegar a la habitación… Esta mañana al salir tampoco había nadie en recepción, he dejado las llaves en el AC y me he ido. No lo recomiendo por la mala comunicación, falta de atención y pérdida de tiempo.
