Upon arrival, the check in staff informed that there was no airport shuttle and that the hotel is not obligated to provide services endorsed by third party reservations. Staff at check were dismissive, unbothered and did not attempt to accommodate our needs. The hotel room, breakfast and location were wonderful.

3rd family stay here. The room was bright and clean. The mattress and pillows are always comfy. It feels like things are getting a little older and worn down. There was a noticeable stain on the chaise. Also there should be a doorstop on the bathroom door. They are big and heavy and my family with littles would prefer to keep the door open when they’re in there. We had to prop the door with an ottoman. Breakfast was great as expected. Thanks for another good stay!
