The heater was stuck on. They tried to fix it twice but it could not be fixed. When they noticed the problem at check in they should have given me a different room right away. I had to switch rooms at 1am. Then housekeeping started nocking at my door at 9am even though check out was not until 12pm

Modern Technology that doesn't work.
We stayed at this property previously. However, in recent time they have installed a system where you can monitor and operate such things as A/C, Lights, Curtains etc. either by an iPad by the bed or by downloading the hotel app on your phone. All would be great if it would operate correctly, specially the A/C. Sometimes your entries are admitted by the system and sometimes they are not. Additionally, the in-room heat is provided by an electrical resistance at the room unit which is supposed to heat the cold water being delivered by the main pipes. Those knowledgeable about A/C know that a four pipe system is the correct way to go. Sorry for getting technical but its the only way to explain why we froze the first two nights and sweated the last two nights. This was after they finally blocked the valve from moving.

Sin Aire Acondicionado durante toda mi estancia
Fue un viaje de último momento y la reserva la realicé el mismo dia del checkin al llegar al hotel todo se veía muy bien, reportamos que el AC no enfriaba bien y comentaron que lo iba a checar, salimos del hotel y en la noche no habían arreglado nada el cuarto siempre estuvo caliente y lo volvimos a reportar en la Noche y comentaron que le darían una solución pero no fue así. Mi estancia fue desagradable ya que por lo que pagué esperaba un buen servicio de las instalaciones y nunca me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación o alguna compensación por el inconveniente, solicito que ustedes me den una compensación por favor por el mal momento que me hicieron pasar por favor
