Could have been better.
Customer service was great but cleanliness of our room should have been better. The bathroom was not up to standard of other Holiday Inn hotel's I’ve stayed. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The AC made a vibrating noise through out the whole night. We stayed in room 303. Aside from that the customer service was good and the breakfast was also good.

Very disappointed
The problem was not with the hotel, it was with Hotels.com. I have been using Hotels.com for years and this time I was really disappointed. I booked 2 rooms, paid for 2 rooms and had a confirmation for 2 rooms. Holiday only had 1 room and it took over an hour to get Hotels.com to correct the reservation. I was very embarrassing as I was with a colleague. There is no reason that we should have sat in a lobby for over an hour and had to call hotels.com 2 times to correct this.
