Quick stop for some rest.
Spent a few hours here to get some rest halfway on a longer trip. Check in was fast and efficient. I filled out a card with my info, which I found odd, as usually it's entered into a computer from my driver's license. Web page claims 24/7 front desk, but I checked out in the early morning and there wasn't anyone available. Room was comfortable, but the walls are thin. TV in the next room made getting to sleep harder.

Staff was polite
But the hair dryer was broke. No coffee machine. Paper covering holes in room. Outside was gross. Mattresses laying in pile. Toilet near back steps laying . Ice machine not working . Traffic very loud outside on main road. Very little to choose on cable. Key quit working twice. Ask for extra towels and was questioned about it. Not happy.

Don't stay here! Sleep in your car!
after pulling into the parking lot and seeing how sketchy the place was, we should have left then. After being there for a while and exploring the room we found it to be quite gross. We found an open box of condoms in the dresser drawer, a nasty rubber glove on the shelf in the closet, filthy hair dryer, cobb webs and stains in the corners of the bathroom. The clincher was when we pulled the sheets and blankets down to find short curly hairs and dirt and on the bed sheets. We grabbed our stuff and left. The clerk was not in the office, but in his room at the hotel which it appeared he lived in. Now I know why its a non refundable motel!

There was trash in the stairwell and it smelled bad. The air conditioner in the room didn’t cut back on when the temperature warmed to the setting on the thermostat; I had to manually adjust. Instead of a regular light bulb in the bedside lamp, there was an outdoor floodlight bulb. The pillows weren’t really pillows. They were actually tapestried couch cushions in pillow cases and were very hard. Visible damage to walls and bathroom door. Traffic noise so loud I checked to make sure the window was closed; it was. I won’t go back.

Toilet didn’t work right (flush handle loose) and the hot water stopped working when filling the tub. It’s as simple as they come, but it is clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING 😆 Staff is super friendly.

The management of this motel charged me twice for the same stay! I prepaid here via Orbitz and showed this to the desk clerk, who insisted on imprinting my card anyway. All right, that is common. But then the motel processed another charge for the same room! Even after showing the corporate office both receipts, they refused to acknowledge their error and refund. They also refused to acknowledge when Orbitz showed them I had paid. Paying twice for one night is unacceptable. Never again! Do not trust them!
