They do not disclose that they have failed AC system in the Hotel for over 2years! They do not replace sheets between the clients. Found hair in the bed, Pillow etc

Convenient family hotel near CDG airport
The location of this hotel was good for being close to the airport before a morning departure, and the space for our family of 6 was good with a family suite available. The hotel staff were kind and provided a crib for our baby. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to suffer from lack of investment by the owner(s), as the room was not as clean as it should have been, there was a repair mark on the wall (where the wall had been repaired but was not yet painted to match the other walls), and the couch pillows were tattered. Overall we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. It has good potential if someone would put a bit more effort to improve it's appearance.

Worst hotel on earth
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and I had emailed them prior. I received no response. We showed up and all the doors were locked and there were no doorbells to ring to get reception. After banging on the doors we finally got an answer. We were given a room, went upstairs to find someone sleeping inside it. Went back downstairs, given another room, found someone sleeping inside it again. Finally at 2am we were given a room and went to sleep for 4 hours which costed us $120. I demanded a refund and was not given one. Do not stay here. Pay extra for the Hilton or Sheraton and get yourself a good hotel. I emailed there reservations and have yet to receive a response. Awful customer service.

Needs improvement
I would not expect a five star hotel but do expect that a hotel room should be clean and with working lights. We had reserved a Family Suite.....two queens . What we did get was a King bed and two twin beds. That was the only plus. Only two lights worked out of seven the safe was non-working ( when asked, they said none of the safes work), only had one hanger, no shower door and when we returned to the hotel after a long day, the room was not made up. No clean towels. I had to go down to the desk and ask for towels . When I told the front desk person that our room was not made, he just said " well, it is suppose to be". We put the sign on the door for housekeeping.

Not clean
The staff was cordial, but our experience at the hotel was poor. They could not find our reservation in their files when we arrived, and it took a significant amount of time to locate it. We prepaid on Expedia, but the front desk seemed to be having some system issues and I now see two pending charges on my credit card for a room? I'm hoping they are just pre-authorizations, but my confidence is low. I asked for a receipt at check out and they couldn't get their system to provide one. They said they'd email me one later that day, but I never received it. Our room was not fully cleaned and we found filth and candy wrappers on the floor. In the room description it said the room had two twin beds, a full bed, and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was broken with a bar sticking out when we tried to pull it out. I notified the staff and was questioned if I had asked for an extra bed?? We wouldn't have needed an extra bed if the sofa sleeper was working. One of the bathrooms had a small corner shower with no curtain or shower door and the head of the shower aiming directly out of the shower. My kids found three holes in one wall was that were random (not aligned if something tha woud've been attached there) and were the size of bullet holes. It coud've still been from something attached to the wall, but it didn't look like it. This was an economy hotel near the airport, so our only expectation only a clean room to sleep in before a flight. We were disappointed.

very rude staff at the reception
Firstly the Expedia agent who booked the hotel gave wrong information, he told that I would not be charged the city tax as it includes the total payment made, however it was not the case and I had to pay extra at the hotel at check in. Secondly he insisted me to book a taxi from hotel as free shuttle would not have operated on Sunday morning. This was a wrong information as the free shuttle started at 05:11 hours which was a reasonable time to get to terminal 2E and get the flight at 07:20 hrs. The hotel staff at the reception became very rude and asked to leave the place when I told them the all the taxes were already paid. I had to pay extra to stay.

It's inexpensive for obvious reasons
Was firstly given a room which was never cleaned. Next room had missing items, broken furniture, no sheets(only comforter), cracked toilet seat, squeaky bed and door would not close properly. I was so tired I was unable to complain and fell asleep anyhow. Morning came and wanted some coffee only to find packs of grinded coffee beans and no coffee maker. The only positive thing I have to say is that they have free shuttle and there is a free shuttle service in the area to bring you to a local mall with restaurants and shopping. And by the way they have no restaurant.

Service was awful
Bad experience! This is an airport hotel, so it exists for an 'in-out' experience. Pricey for what we got, but so is everything else in Paris. When we checked in we discovered that: 1. Our room had not been fully cleaned, bathroom was filthy, with leftover soap and used towels. 2. Some bed linens were missing. 3. All the garbage containers were full of stuff (pizza boxes, soda bottles, dirty tissues etc) When I called the desk (at 6 pm) and asked for things to be cleaned up, I was told that the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day and there was nothing they could do (how can all your housekeeping staff be absent at an airport hotel???) 4. The next morning there was no water, so we could not shower before heading to a 24 hour air-travel day home When I spoke to the manager on departure, he just shrugged and said sorry. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Do not stay at this hotel
Condition of the hotel in general, and the room was both unacceptably poor - broken fixtures, walls, rooms not cleaned... Rooms come with a kitchenette, however, there were no utensils, the dishwasher did not work... Service was a joke... Website images and information misleading... I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Disappointing stay
If you're looking for convenience and comfort, look elsewhere. The facility is not well-maintained and the decor is dated. The front desk staff was inefficient. There was no dinner restaurant. The Wi-Fi didn't work. There was no heat, so the temperature was about 15 degrees in my room. I had to take a shuttle and a train to get to the airport. Other than that, it was fine.

Rather tired
Only stayed one night on s flight lay over. The receptionist was kind enough to let me checkin early after arriving early morning from Singapore. The room itself was tired with quite a few marks and damaged patches. However the bed was comfortable and very welcome after a 12 hour flight. The room / suite was clean. The lobby and public areas were a bit scruffy too. There is a shuttle bus (Gold line) that connects to CDG and airport rail station which I used to go into central Paris for the evening. A reasonable choice if the price is right.

Faded quality accommodations
Chose the hotel because it was close to CDG. First could not get into the hotel because the main doors were locked and the buzzer to alert reception was not working. Fortunately another guest saw me and got someone to open the door. This happened several times. Suite was not completely made up, no pillow slips on beds, no garbage cans.. so had to leave various refuse items on the counter. One towel in the bathroom was damp, and seemed like it had not been changed. I asked for a wakeup call, and receptionist took my request, but received no wake up call in the morning.

not a 4 star hotel as advertised
The Quality Only Suites at CDG airport is not what it says it is! It claims to be a 4 star hotel but it is definitely not! Our room was a disappointment. The 2nd bed in the room was a sofa bed, however the whole thing was broken and not safe to sleep on. (Besides, the 'mattress' in the sofa bed was gross and dirty looking.) No extra bedding was provided either. When we told the front desk about the broken sofa bed, they did provide a second room with 2 single beds directly below our room. (So, now we had to spit the family up, 2 in one room, 2 in the other) The beds in this room had no pillow cases on the pillows. Both rooms had chunks of the flooring missing, the shower head holder was broken in the first room, no shampoo or soap was provided, the hairdryer in the 2nd room did not work, there was hair in the sink and the floor was dirty. When returning to the rooms the next evening (expecting housekeeping to have been there), our first room did get fresh towels and bed made, but no shampoo etc...again. Nothing had been done in the 2nd room, it still had wet towels and unmade bed, no toiletries...
