They were very unhelpful for someone who isn’t from the country. Rude and even left a nasty note in my room because I don’t speak Spanish. Left the hotel right away and they did not want to refund the rest of my trip. Had to battle for it. Would not recommend.

Beautiful property and gardens, especially the water streams throughout the property and the landscaping. Rooms are in casitas all with garden access. The villas have 3 bedrooms and are very spacious but face a road that isn't nice and the outside neighborhood is not good at all. There was no air conditioning which is terrible considering that Cuernavaca is very hot and humid in the summer months.

The resort itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are dated and could use a facelift. The furniture has seen better days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in a 2 room villa. All the lighting did not work. The restaurant service and the food great. We had, manicures, pedicure, facials and massages. The ladies doing the service were wonderful, however for the mani-pedi you only had like 5 colors of polish to chose from which I found unacceptable. All in all it is a nice place. I may look for a more up to date location next time I am in the area.

Para plan wellness esta muy bien
Están muy lindos los jardines del hotel. Locura para mujeres en tacones, caminas por un empedrado desde que dejas tu coche hasta llegar a recepción y luego a la habitación, así que solo recomiendo el hotel si vas en plan wellness para quedarte en el spa y desconctarte un fin de semana. Nosotros fuimos a una boda cercana y sí esta complicada esa travesía en tacones. Viernes y sábado por la noche lleva tapones para oídos porque hay fiestas alrededor y se escucha demasiado ruido. La comida del restaurante esta bien presentada pero en sabor nada espectacular. Considero costosa la noche en este hotel.

Excelente salvo la regadera y los adolescentes
En general es una propiedad maravillosa con servicio superior. Lleno de paz y jardines apacibles. Sin embargo se anuncia como solo adultos y permiten a adolescentes de 13 años en adelante y si afecta la tranquilidad de nuestra estancia No hay agua caliente en las regaderas y te tienes que bañar con agua templada, sufriendo una experiencia que debiera ser placentera. El personal no te explica con claridad o hasta tu salida que no hay calentador y que su sistema con energía solar no calienta el agua

El hotel es muy bonito, particularmente los jardines. El servicio fue bueno, la gente es muy amable. Nos dijeron que están en transición y que poco a poco irán mejorando las habitaciones. La nuestra no tenía aire acondicionado, muy necesario en época de calor, y solo tenía un equipal para sentarse aunque era habitación doble, eso se ve medio pobre. La zona no es muy bonita y no ofrece gran cosa para salir, sobretodo en la noche. El hotel es caro, quizá un poco alto para lo que ofrece.
