This is a great hotel, with good and nice staff, great breakfast, the room was unbeatable, it is very close to the royal palace and the main attractions of Palermo. Nonetheless, the area (2 blocks around the hotel), is dirty and not too nice. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Je ferais 2 parties pour donner mon avis car me concernant je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet hôtel mais il y a tout de même des points positifs. Points negatifs: nous avons attendu une heure pour avoir notre chambre très vétuste fuite de la douche du lavabo et de la climatisation. Douche trop petite. Hôtel trop bruyant car les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Situé à 1km200 de la cathédrale. Points positifs: personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Possibilité de stationner son vehicule dans un parking fermé mais attention vite rempli

Manque charcuterie et fromage PERSONNEL - charmant, gentil, très disponible que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant GARAGE - une place en sous sol. Garage fermé . un peu de marche à pied pour rejoindre le centre. disons que c'est bon pour la santé.
