This is a single room in a residential building, not a hotel. The room was generally comfortable. Fridge. No AC. I was here in October so open windows sufficed to keep me comfortable. But in the height of summer, the visitor will likely sweat. The Wi-Fi was pretty much useless. And then the most challenging initial issue: no indication how to check in if you arrive at the front door. The check-in agency is 100 feet away on the main drag. But because there is no indication how to find this, it becomes a problem. Access to the property requires the ability to climb some steep stairs. So if you are mobility impaired, this isn't the place for you. But quite frankly, if you are mobility impaired, Vernazza is not the town for you
