We had an unexpected family emergency and had to cancel. I reached out to let the hotel know and ask them if they would consider a refund as it was an emergency. Clean room and pleasant staff. Nicely decorated with a retro feel. Missing a few amenities like no iron or ironing board, no hairdryer and no phone to call office if anything was needed and no ice bucket. AC Unit was leaking water so you could hear it dripping on floor and made a portion of the carpet wet. Windows could use some sheer blinds for some privacy while letting in some natural light. Had to keep dark shade down so kinda felt like a cave. With all that being said I would still stay here again. Cleanliness, staff and decor made were great.

Bourbon Trail overnight stay
The room was very nice, updated and comfortable. The only complaint about the room was that the AC was too cold. We turned it to 80° and it kept running! Check-in was hard to find, but the staff was helpful and friendly.
