Die Reception war nicht bedient. EingangstĂŒre war geschlossen und Glasscheibe kaputt. Die Stromabdeckungen waren nicht vorhanden im Zimmer, die Steckdosen waren offen. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

Y aller qu'en cas de réelle nécessité !

La rĂ©sidence est semble-t-il un hĂŽtel social au vue des personnes qui y sĂ©journent. Je ne m'Ă©tais pas renseignĂ©e sur la nature de l'Ă©tablissement. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able de la part du gĂ©rant car il n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©sent aux horaires d'ouverture annoncĂ©s. Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able lors de la remise des clĂ©s. J'aurai du deviner qu'elles Ă©taient dans le coffre et j'aurai du connaitre le code sans qu'on me l'ai communiquĂ© ! La propretĂ© de l'Ă©tablissement laisse franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer. Une odeur rĂ©siduelle de tabac froid persiste dans les chambres et certaines parties communes. Le petit dĂ©jeuner aurait pu ĂȘtre correct si je n'avais pas Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de demander du beurre, puis des serviettes etc... La nuit, un rĂ©sident a pendant 20 bonnes minutes tambourinĂ© Ă  la porte de sa chambre. C'Ă©tait un sĂ©jour dans un Ă©tablissement qui n'est pas Ă  la hauteur de ce qu'il affiche. Je ne recommande par cet Ă©tablissement dans l'Ă©tat actuel (accueil, propretĂ©, prestations). La seule personne aimable rencontrĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© la femme de mĂ©nage. Merci Madame pour votre amabilitĂ©.
