1) Over all excellency with warm welcome worker’s and services Is Mr.Eduardo Tensioso I believe,I think he handle the buffet breakfast area,
Mr. Eduardo manages the quality of food and services towards the guests absolutely perfect as we ask for.
2) The casino is smoke free but the employees are not warm welcome people.
3). The front desk or lobby not really warm welcome SO SO
My concern is I thought this is a 5 star hotel. I was not expecting tons of kids running around screaming, loud and jumping everywhere in front of the lobby, elevator and hallway. Also, I don’t know how it works but one room can have 10 or 15 people checking in one room. Seems like all the neighborhood comes into one room.
Room services are very fast delivering coffee whatever I asked for.
4)Room quality not as really what I expect after a day of stay , I observe the ceiling of the shower is a kind unprofessional constructed, cheap toilet and the sink drainage is poor
Outdoor building glass is tons of spiderwebs dirt, and not as shining glass also paint drip on the glass, unfortunately, we are by the mountain view, but because of the glasses are cloudy not as clear to see the mountain.
Whoever managing the floor in this building needs to do his job.
