Nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen.
The place is dirty and infested with bugs of all kinds especially roaches. They are very aware of their bug infestation and they don’t seem concerned about it either.

The furniture was dirty, one of the tv's in the room did not work, dead bugs on dresser, spiders in bathroom, broken window, wall peeling. Towels were cheap. The place smells of moth balls from the entrance and throughout the entire hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not the cleanest...needs a deep cleaning. Shower faucet fell off/rusted off. Door locks need some help. Went down for breakfast and nothing was restocked...had to go elsewhere. Just needs some freshening up.

The place is past it's prime. Our room wasn't clean. A cloth chair was filthy. The bottom of the bathroom door was chewed by a dog or something. The tib was gross. The toilet paper holder was broken. Supposed to include continental breakfast that was a joke. No milk.no pancakes no juices or yogurt no cereal or muffins at 8;15 am and no one refilling anything. JUST A CRAPPY PLACE !!

I didn't stay the whole night because I had a family emergency but it was weird and the elevator was making noises and my room door would not shut I had to put my key card in it to shut it and they had a vending machine but it was out was oder because they had vending machine stuff behind the check in

I recently stayed at the BlissPointe Inn, and it was a disappointing experience. As you enter the doors downstairs there is a moldy smell. The rooms were outdated and had a musty odor. We actually changed rooms 3 times, because of mold and cigarette smoke. The bed was uncomfortable.The bathroom had mold and stains on the walls. I tried to use Lysol Spray and Clorox wipes as much as I could. The staff seemed indifferent towards the state of the property. The towels were dingy and the staff always had an excuse as to why we could never get wash cloths. Unfortunately we were unable to find a room elsewhere because this was a busy season. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I actually believe that the local health department should do an inspection because they may have several violations. The property has great potential, unfortunately it seems that the owners are not able to keep up with the demand.

We arrived and the towels were still dirty in the room. Walls were dirty, mirrors were not clean and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. It also had a terrible smell. Then last night police were outside due to some domestic issue. Do not stay here. Not worth it!!!

Never again!!
Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. First assigned rooms hinges on door were broken, wouldnt lock and killed 3 huge spiders before calling management. They changed our room. Remote to tv didn't work, sink faucet had no water pressure, tub ess dirty, no coffee pot, no ice macine, doors on dresser fell off after opening them. Pool was out of order, breakfast consisted of cold cereal and bananas

I wish I could attach pictures to this review. We booked this hotel so the family could swim. Of course the pool had been down for quite some time with the city needing to come in to sign off on the condition before it opens. The room itself had brown stains on the headboard, the baseboard in the bathroom was rotted through and the keycard door didn’t latch properly. We felt unsafe and when we tried to switch rooms-we were told they were completely booked. 0/10
