Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍

There is a refundable MYR 100 damage deposit that you also need to pay when you check in, so make sure you collect it when you check out. The breakfast is decent. The room is decent.
