My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping every 30 seconds at 11pm and it was not replaceable. I tried to call the emergency number but no one answered. Luckily it turned off at about 12:30am but in the morning, I got no apology. They came in and ripped it off the wall and left me without a fire alarm for the third night. Overall, the room was disgusting and everything was broken. I would not be paid to stay here again.
