Only issue is we were on 3rd floor and we had slanted roof over 1/2 the room so very difficult to get in and out of bed on that side without injuring your head and small desk area had same issue. If you come by car to Copenhagen, just go to the hotel, easy and free parking. In the city it’s a nightmare and really expensive. The train (3 min walk) takes you to central station in 12 min.

Check in was quick. The economy single room and private bathroom were simple as described online. The room was clean but very warm even though it was not a warm day. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap was provided, and was sold in the lobby - I have never seen that in another hotel. I wish I had known that before checking my toiletries through to my final destination. The hallways could have been cleaner. Overall, it was fine for an overnight layover.

If you are looking for somewhere basic and convenient for a short stay in Copenhagen then look no further! Location wise it is excellent, only a short five minute walk to the nearest train station where you can access not only the centre of Copenhagen but travel to Sweden as well! The staff were also fantastic. Every single staff member was wonderful; so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere the offer is more than a bed and breakfast, then this is not for you. It was fine but could have used a bit more due care and attention in the cleanliness department. Breakfast was also very limiting, I wasn’t expecting a full English but there was very little variety on offer, which was a shame. You can hire bicycles from here and they will hold your bags before you check in and after you check out should you wish to explore the area more. Overall, it was fine for what we needed, but next time I will pick something with better amenities.

This is not a hotel but more like a hostel. Very disappointed that it is listed on here as "Excellent". Booked last minute for layover after sudden bereavement - so went with rating and photos. Big mistake. Pictures of the lobby are used in all photos and whatever room they are showing in the photos are a million miles away from reality. It is a dump. Rooms are so small, carpet atrocious, ground floor with no air conditioning and window opens onto car park. Pillows feel pillow case stuffed with newspaper. Bathroom is indescribable. It was not used as I could not see how it would make me cleaner. Finally, it is NOT close to the airport and requires a taxi. It was not cheap and regularly pay less for a room at the Radisson Blu. Avoid - as the sleep was poor and unable to shower in such a disgusting room.

Hands down, staff is amazing, however I am scratching my head how this hotel is rated excellent on rooms. The shower was above the toilet and sink and was at best 2x3. The carpet was stained and when I walked in, the room smelled of cigarettes and cologne. On a positive, it’s only one stop from the airport, but if you are carrying a lot of luggage, be forewarned there is a rocky dirt path you’ll need to cross. There are no toiletries, no ac and windows didn’t stay open, you have to pay for coffee, and the breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. On a positive, for the price, it was only to stops away from city center, however the building needs some improvements.

Vi skulle bruge en seng at sove i, inden vi skulle med fly midt om natten. Der er togstation tæt ved. Logistikken fungerede godt, og det var det vigtigste for os. Seng og værelse fungerede godt. Bad og toilet er meget lille. Tv’et lackede, så vi fik ikke set TV. Vi var maks. 6 timer på værelset og fik ikke morgenmad. En god mulighed.
