Very disappointed about this stay…
Very disappointed about this stay… The most weird thing is that there was no housekeeping services for two continuous days (we stayed there for three nights). We put on the housekeeping request lights but they were still on without any basic cleaning services after we were back to the hotel. We had to change to another downgraded room for the third night :( Not convenient with the separate towers design (maybe good for conference settings, but not recommended to travelers with luggages). The line to the front desk was always long and it took pretty long to check in/out or ask the front desk questions. And you would need to be patient to call the front desk (waited for 5 minutes when I called from the room and never got connected when I called
