Very friendly Boutique hotel in a great location.
Very good comfortable hotel, situated within 20 mins of the Bilbao ferry port and right beside the world heritage site hanging bridge.The hotel also has a secure parking garage at a cost of 19 euros a night. The rooms are large and comfortable,we had one looking over the river. There are no coffee making facilities in the room but there is a free machine in the lobby.Breakfast is adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional and beautiful hotel
We are hiking the Camino del Norte. The location was perfect for the Camino but would be well worth staying at as a destination itself. The location and hotel are stunning. Just beautiful. Staff at front desk, restaurant and bar could not have been more gracious, competent and professional. This is a lovely and special hotel.
