The hotel was very nice clean and very accommodating staff. It was very cold last night for Orlando and the heat to the AC unit was a bit temperamental but at the end it worked.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel and will choose it again if we ever have to come back to Orlando. The continental breakfast was convinient. The emplacement is close from all the universal park also and a shuttle was included in the price to get there :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds wwre horribly hard and uncomfortable. The shower had little to no pressure so it took twice as long to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The hotel is good if you only want a place to lay your head
