Enjoyed my stay over the weekend at this property. It was very beautiful inside and out. The staff were gentle with greetings every time hotel was entered and exited. The housekeeping teams were amazing as well they kept towels & etc , along with water stocked all throughout the day .

Very pleasant staff. Large rooms for NYC. Breakfast isn’t too common in NYC, but it’s pretty limited and very sweet and sugary. If you wanna stay close to Times Square the location is spot on. Oh and the bed was super cozy!

The hotel is in a great location. We were able to see the ball drop from our room. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was average.

Great renovation to the hotel. Stayed on premier side. Perfect location next to all of NYC prime attractions. Parking is across the street, and a total ripoff, $100 per night. No help with bags so pack light.

They have a very professional manager named George. He knows how to listen and solve problems. The property is very nice and quiet. They pay attention treating each other person as if they were the only guest present. It take a years to cultivate that kind of of a customer service. I observed the interaction it was great.

Clean modern rooms the only issue I saw was the showers need to be more thoroughly cleaned we were in a room and moved to another room and both showers had hair on the drain, in the shower floor and on the shower hose. The toilet also had hair .

I find the nickel and dimeing of charges that should not be made , like Facility 100.00,? early check in when they redefine early check in as before 4:00when it used to be 2:00 and you room is ready but because it's early they whack you another 100? Why am I being charged for a room at an agreed rate when it's ready ? Only 1 elevator working for everyone so wait times for elevator 10-15 minutes up or down sometimes more .?
