The staff was more then helpful, they anticipated our needs. First the luggage, not only held until check in, but then put in our room when it was ready. They called the room when they realized I was checking out on a day that I couldn't get a taxi to the hotel and offered assistance to minimize the disruption. Room was spacious, for a European hotel, and the location was excellent. Much closer to the Arc de Triumph and metro then I thought.

This hotel is beautiful!! Our room was perfect with a lovely view. Staff was very nice, professional and polite. The location is in the heart of town. Easy to walk to Eiffel tower and the Arc. I can't say enough of this hotel. We stayed in London and Rome during this trip and hands down this was my favorite hotel of the trip!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, 10 out of 10.

Loved it here! Convenient location. Hotel and room were very clean. There was a good sized closet area, desk and small minibar. First of all the hotel was worm welcoming my wife and I . Basmah was very friendly polite, smile , welcoming and fast checked in . The hotel manager Mr Christelle was very professional smart with friendly communication to confirm that I will arrive with nothing else needs until my checked in and even during my stay he asked me If I need any assistance or Paris tours or booking restaurants . I really appreciated . Seriously I LOVE THIS HOTEL . The room 501 view was very nice , cleaned and well designed. The breakfast staff was even more excited and the food was nice to with a price of 15 Euros . Sure when ever I visited Paris this is my first pick if the price didn’t go higher in the future.
