Tiny single beds! their fault!
Tiny single beds where given in a supposed room upgrade to deluxe, the room we booked had 2 double beds in it and they said sorry it's not available any longer! we booked and paid for room "well in advance" therefore it was Waterfront staff that were to blame for not fulfilling booked room, I am 5 ft 10 inch and close to 190lbs those single beds are for kids! then they ration us to 2 very small bottles of water per day and charge 90p for 500ml per bottle after that!, all in all "Not" happy with our stay.

Nice and comfortable
I do enjoy and comfortable but only the WiFi I’m having problem after mid second week of my stay there specially at night. Last year we stayed there I was moved 3 times and thank goodness I didn’t encounter that situation anymore except the WiFi. Hopefully next year I’m not gonna encounter that kind of problem.

I always have a good time every time I booked the hotel to waterfront. Although there was a lot of changes from the food at the restaurant from before, like the kinds or the different kinds of cheese they have and the other foods. but that was okey. as long as I am comfortable and safe.

One of the grand old dames of Cebu. Still among the best. Conveniently located across the Cebu I.T. Park where there is a shopping mall and several restaurants and bars. *** The rooms are a bit dated though and a little renovation would be good.

1) The room condition is very old and toilet condition is very run down. Cleanliness is poor as well. I think really need to renovate and refresh the room. 2) The wireless internet connection is awfully slow. 3) The checking out queue is so slow. Property lobby is nice. Rooms and decor are dated. Beds, if you only get Superior Room, are not comfortable. Deluxe Rooms have better beds. Bathroom has a sewer smell. I initially thought towels smelled but learned it was the shower curtains smells. Didn't look into detail but would not be surprise if it has mildew. Staff around the property, security in front are courteous. Front desk personnel are nice but if this is a 5 star hotel, the "extra" or "going above and beyond" are lacking. But overall, I would say experience is average.

Have always been staying at these hotel before the arrival of NUSTAR casino. Need to upgrade the casino slot games. But most of all, hotel rooms needed some upgrade. Shower rooms too small and tubs (superior room) too high. Not safe..
