Dirty
Awful. Super dirty. No towels in our room. Trash wasn’t empty. No hot water. If you can avoid this hotel…do! I was afraid to sleep on the bed because if the trash was empty how do I know they even changed the sheets…Terrible service

This hotel is not living up to its potential
My family stayed here over a weekend during the holidays. We found out Saturday morning that they hotel did not have any hot water. The problem had existed since Tuesday of that week according to another guest that we spoke to but we weren’t notified prior to check in or during check in by the staff. Also, the breakfast is basically oatmeal and yogurt which was disappointing. Last, the elevators were very noisy and had an error light flashing on the first floor. Overall it appeared that this was a fairly new hotel so I’m surprised it had all these issues but we won’t be staying here anymore.

Room was clean, temp was adjustable so that is perfect..my only feedback was the “hot” water was barely over body temperature at the hottest setting. There was no taking a really hot shower or washing your hands with hot water.
