(1) rooms on the Iowa street side has very loud noise of the traffic. Window (single layer glass ) and door do not not seal well making you feel sleeping on the traffic road. I could not sleep and went to stay in my car which is Parker much closer to traffic and much quieter than the hotel room (2) the room was renovated recently with nice plank floor. But the furniture problem were picked up from trashcan side. I have seen this broken chair, rusted fridge, cracks desk. I have taken photos, but Expedia does not provide photo up loading option for review. (3) it took about 10minutes of running shower water to get hot water. Actually the water can be very hot, if you are patient enough to wait for the water run (wasting a lot water, which feel too wasteful.
