Disappointment would be an understatement
To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The room amenities were ok, except for the chromecast wifi connection which needed to be confirmed after every sound track change. Staff clearly need better training. English comprehension studies would also be helpful. The night before our planned departure we arranged a late 2pm check out for a modest fee. Despite hanging the do not disturb sign on the door, three different cleaners at three different times opened the door, seconds after knocking well before the confirmed 2pm check out time. The hotels internal communication system clearly needs to be updated. Nonetheless, we were celebrating our anniversary and given three flight delays, we thought it would to nice to extend our stay to 6pm for which we agreed to pay for a full nights stay. To confirm the booking, outdated technology required me to physically attend the reception desk to show them the same credit card i presented two nights earlier. Keen to finish our stay with a little romance I ordered a bottle of champagne which cost 2.5x retail price and took three phone calls, a request to speak to the on duty manager Laura, who failed to return the call and an unacceptable one hour wait. The hotel appears to be run by amateurs with the knowledge and care one would expect in a Fawlty Towers episode. We will definitely not return.

Very cool Hotel
Great hotel. Perfect location. Beautiful design. Very friendly service. My room Was awesome, 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and seperate living space. Amenities were spot on. Wash h machine, dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, iron etc. great for a longer stay. The only negative was the size of the gym, very small. So hard with anymore that 2 people if you want to do weights etc. other than that can’t fault it. Thanks

Had some negatives still a nice place to stay
The accommodation was clean contemporary and self contained. The hotel had a roof bar and restaurant I was unfortunately unable to take part in but from all reports it looked lovely. Mobility issues were experienced as the elevators were not very big. The food that came through room service was delivered in a timely manner still hot and worth the price tag. The price tag is expensive and if time permits I would look at alternatives. Please do not take this as a judgement on the food it was delicious but two mains and a dessert with non alcoholic drinks? 106 dollars. The mains were fish and chips make your own minds up from that. Lastly I was overcharged at check out the management team took care of it and it was resolved but it was the biggest downside to my stay

Comfortable
We stayed in an apartment to do Vivid with our toddler, super comfortable stay. The pool was unfortunately very cold though, and our room faced the Ivy rooftop so it was very, very loud. Other than that, it was a really lovely stay.
