The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was clean and had all the utensils required in the kitchen. Bathroom was clean. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied with the stay.

I did not stay here as intended. When I booked online, the website showed there was a room available which I booked and paid for but when I followed on 2/12 for my checkin info, I was told there was a booking system error and there was no room available. The person I spoke with kindly offered to help me find somewhere else and I was appreciative of the support they provided. However you need to fix this issue so no others are impacted by booking errors in the future. Highly disappointed I had to find this out the day I was supposed to arrive..

Very spacious with just essential furniture. Tired condition. Check in wasn’t smooth with key not being left where it was meant to. Bedding and Towels were only supplied for 2 people despite booking for 4, after numerous phone calls and eventually giving up there was a knock on the door at 11:15pm that night with the linen needed (my children were already asleep). Very basic as the price suggests
