will definitely be back.
Such a cute hotel, i will definitely stay here again. The place was much prettier than what i was expecting from the photos, the lobby/restaurant in particular. I got the most inexpensive room as i was just travelling solo for 1 night layover before an early flight and it was just what i needed. decor is super tasteful and the price was great! Location also excellent, roma/condesa are my favourite neighbourhoods in cdmx and i always feel safest around there.

Amazing Hospitality
The entire place is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the Oaxaca room on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room with enough space for all our luggage. They had sensor lights throughout at night. Everything has been thought of. The shared bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen on the 3rd floor. Best of all was Pedro who received us in the morning and helped me with all my luggage so That I could quickly run to my embassy appointment. When we returned he had everything in our room already. He speaks great English for those you don't speak Spanish. The only challenge was all the up and down on the stairs with my 2 year old.

Staffs are very kind & courteous. The owner need to be grateful for this. There is NO lift. If you're disabled etc - you might wish to look somewhere else There's no heater. We were freezing all the time. If you're sensitive to cold, you might wish to look somewhere else No kettle / hot water for drinking, I've asked this to staff and confirmed this. Hotel is beautiful and will be a joy for those with interest in beautiful architecture.

6/10 Good

When I saw photos of this place, I thought it was very nice, but I never imagined that they didn't have a bathroom in the bedroom. We had to share a bathroom with two other rooms. In addition, doors and floor were extremely noisy. People who work at Casa Panuco are attentive and try always to solve any problems one can have, so they gave us another bedroom paying the difference in price. Unfortunately, the new bedroom was extremely small, with no desk or table to work. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

My fault. My second stay at Panuco I booked a room with shared bathroom by accident because the rate was the same as a room with bathroom and balcony that I had in a previous stay (rates went up drastically because Madame Xpiration date (Madonna) was in town for a concert. Well, it turned out not too bad. The fact is I more or less had the shower and toilet to myself, although across the hallway. Hotel Panuco is right above a very good litle craft restaurant terrace and I made it my home away from home office. Very friendly people and good mexican food. It’s on a quiet street, close to Reforma and calle Lurma, and walkable to Polanco. Cheap. So, back to the problem with the error in the booking. Although i was a repeat customer and I explained the snafu, they wouldn’t budge. Business is business, I understand, but I would have bern willing to throw in more money for the room with a private bathroom but no dice. I was disappointed by that. I hope they booked the much higher priced room because frankly the epidode left a sour taste.

God oplevelse
