Okay… wouldn’t stay again
Hotel was okay…. Took longer than normal to get checked in. They advertised an indoor pool but it was empty with no water and looked to be used as a storage area. The breakfast buffet was ehh, food tasted a day or two old. The bathrooms were half cleaned with hair on the toilet and dirt under the bathroom vanity area. All in all a 3 Star!

As far as the hotel itself. It was very nice and clean. When I first arrived the young lady at the front desk that evening was nowhere to be found for almost 15 minutes. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get her to come up to the front. The room I filled out for online was not the same room either. It was suppose to be a suite but it was not. The people at the front desk are not very knowledgeable either with some of the questions I had. Just something management needs to work on. Would I stay here again. If they would compensate me for my last stay and give me a free night maybe.

Drove in from Houston, went and had dinner with co-workers. First room AC did not blow any air. Had to go downstairs to obtain new room key for second room. Second room was not clean as it appeared someone had some fun in there. Back downstairs to obtain key for Third room. Third room was clean. Pics of 2nd room attached. Point is that I was ready for a shower and relax but had to make 2 too many trips to the lobby to get a room that is up to par. I always stay at Holiday Inn but will NEVER be back to this location.

Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else.
After we check in my husband notices the pool is drained. We inquire about this to the desk clerk that checked us in. She said the pump was broken. We asked if we could get a room discount as that was the reason we picked his hotel. She was extremely rude and said no because I booked through Expedia (which I actually booked thru Hotels.com). If we decided to go to a different hotel, we would have to pay a cancellation fee. Strike one. Breakfast was very disappointing. The food was not kept fresh and the selection was poor for what this motel costs. Strike 2. Hot water needed to be adjusted higher as you could not get hot water from the sink tap and had to turn the shower to full hot to take a luke warm shower. Strike 3. Will not stay here again.

Family disappointment trip
The stay was not the best. I had called a few days prior to my arrival and requested extra pillows as my wife, daughters, and their kids were all going to be in the same room. I had to make 2 trips to the counter for pillows and linens for the pull out sofa bed. Bathroom shower insert was separating from the wall. Found mold growing in one of the picture frames. Kids were excited to swim and when we got there the pool was out of service and we had no notification prior to our arrival. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and had to go down to the 1st floor for ice every time it was needed. My daughter and grandkids were very disappointed as they were planning on swimming while I had a wedding rehearsal to attend. Myself disappointed for the service and condition of this hotel for the amount I paid. I have stayed in better hotels and will not be returning to this one anytime soon or ever.
