Great Location.Close to Universal Studions. The room is Realy Newly Renovated, but the builing still in work. We had problems to use the microwave, and other amenities, but Alex (the best manager) helped us to have a great staying. The breakfast is payed apart but realy worth it. The ladie who is in charge for the breakfast is lovelly and pay a very close atatention to all the guest neeeds. I recommned the staying.

The hotel's building itself doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled. It's brand new on the inside and is very clean and nicely done. For being a basic, value hotel, I was impressed compared to some of the other hotels in the I-Drive area -- and I've stayed at many of them. We only needed the room for one night but it was a super comfortable, clean, nicely sized room. Nice bed, nice shower and bathroom. We had literally no view, but that's not what we were there for. We'd go back for a night or two without hesitation.

The hotel room was immaculate and had undergone a recent renovation. However, the room lacked essential amenities such as internet access, a television, and an iron. Upon inquiring with the staff, they informed us that the cable and internet connections were still pending. Additionally, the hotel did not provide an iron, indicating a lack of basic conveniences.

The room is in good condition so that is good. It was renovated I was pleasantly surprised. However, there are some issues with this hotel that need to be corrected. The WIFI kept going out, the TV doesn't work throughout the entire hotel and said that it has been the case for a few months, the phone in the room doesn't work to call down to the lobby if you need assistance, and they didn't have SOAP for the sink. They said to use the shampoo. What? I had to go the store to get soap. Just weird things that you don't deal with at other hotels but, again, the most important thing was the hotel staff was kind and the rooms are nice!

Had lot of issues. 1. I was given the room for which key did not work. I had to walk from my room to frontdesk two times because even next time frontdesk guy mentioned its fixed but still did not work. Third time he came with me and still did not work and he said he can ask me to come with me everytime I want to come out of my room. Such an inconvenience for a family with a child. At that point I asked him to give me another room. 2. The other room I got had no hand soap at all. So O again had to go to frontdesk and he handed me a hand soap. 3. Their tv and phone did not work in the room. 4. Even though coffee maker was advertised in the room image, there was none in the room. Nor they have a free coffee at the hotel lobby. When asked they mentioned only coffee they have is through the paid breakfast of $12. 5. All their exit doors do not work with key to enter. So you have to walk all the way and always enter through front lobby to get to your room. Very inconvenient with the luggage. Because of all these reasons, we decided to do early checkout. Instead of 4 nights, we checked out in 2 nights. Before checkout, I confirmed with the front desk lady and she said they will refund me the 2 unused nights and will send me a receipt through email. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I still did not get refund. Their phones are unreachable and are not replying to email. I wish I could give a zero to them. Stay away from this hotel.
