WORST HOTEL EVER
The WORST HOTEL EVER! The elevators for do mot work and people are having to walk up to five flights of step with luggage. The bathroom doors were old closet doors that were falling off the hinges. And I had my children who could not sleep because the moment you enter the hotel from the lobby to the room will give you a CONTACT HIGH FROM THE MARIJUANA! We literally left with headaches. Horrible hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Sad, waste of money
The rooms were completely outdated, I say rooms because I moved twice and they were both dirty, smelled of mildew because of the carpets, and the housekeepers barely cleaned the surfaces on anything in them. Otherwise, the concierge was sweet, but that’s all. I didn’t stay in the suites I stayed in a standard queen, then moved to a deluxe queen.

AWFUL
The front desk lady was not rude or anything, but she was not helpful in an uncomfortable situation. The first thing I noticed was how nasty and run down the hotel is. No air in lobby or hallways. Elevator was broken. The worst was at night when at 9:00 LOUD heavy bass music starts in the room next door. This went on until 10:30 and then started in the middle of the night. I called down to the front desk about the noise at 9:30 and she did nothing. Quiet hours start at 10, but this level of noise was the type of loud that is disrespectful anytime of day. Needless to say we left as soon as possible.

Dog poop everywhere outside, rooms were dirty, other guests yelling and fighting often, pool was green, hallways were disgusting and smelled like dog pee. People smoking everywhere even inside. Overall a terrible stay, I would never go back or recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs updating and major restoration. The elevators were missing buttons, ceiling tiles, etc. The room smelled like smoke. The front desk attendant didn’t even realize there was a highway behind the property when I asked if we had a room not facing the highway.
