Don't believe the photos, total dump
This hotel is a travesty. When we showed up, our reservation was cancelled because we were delayed in arriving due to the severe heat (we are on a motorcycle) and the owner rudely informed us that there was nothing they could do and to contact Expedia to get our money back. This place was a total dump anyways, smelled like the 1970s, looked like the hood and even had stray animals running around outside. They may have inadvertently done us a favor by cancelling because if the rooms were anything like the outside, I would have probably needed to get a tetanus shot. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS, this place doesn't look bad in the pictures, but trust me when I say this place looked like it probably had an hourly rate. The only thing I didn't see was hookers coming and going and drug deals going on, but we also arrived during daylight hours so I would put a paycheck that those extra curricular activities are probably a normal routine here as well. If you are looking for the type of place that prisons drop off inmates after they are released, this would be a great experience for you. If you think I am overexaggerating, feel free to take your chances. You have been warned.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
We froze the first night because you couldn’t change the temperature, the unit was installed up by the ceiling above the closet, the blanket was as thin as the sheets, the room was not cleaned, there was trash behind the fridge that was 6 inches from the wall, there was no mattress, it was 2 box springs on top of each other, I woke up with a spring under my lower right rib, the bathroom was missing tiles and the tiles that were there were crooked and broken, the tiles on the floor were broken, the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up so I had to hold it with one hand to urinate, my wife started crying the next morning because there was no hot water. The place should be condemned, we are contacting the health department, it looked like black mold were the tiles were missing in the bathroom.

Disappointing
The motel is really run down. Water stains on ceiling, punched hole in door, old room smell. A/c worked well and beds were okay. Would not stay again.

Front desk people were very nice and hospitable. This is a motel...nightly and weekly rooms...everyone was friendly. The room needed some attention, outdated furniture and bedding. Bathroom had a hole in wall above shower and was in dire need of a paint job. Overall, a basic motel with nice people at the front desk.

This motel was dirty, uncared for and needed some major repairs. The bathroom needs a new tub, some paint, the toilet jiggled and there was missing tiles on the floor. The floor in the room itself was spongy, so there are obvious underlying problems.

Dirty hotel and even worse service
Tl;dr - Stay anywhere else This hotel has their rooms listed as having queen beds when they are all actually doubles. Two people sharing a double is crowded and made for an uncomfortable stay. Not to mention the beds are uncomfortable and pillows very thin. The door to our room had clearly been kicked in so the latch was broken and unable to be locked. The motel overall is dirty and run down and the service reflected it. I brought the issue to the front desk about having specifically booked queen beds. I asked to either be put in a room with queens or compensated for having not received what we paid for. The man at reception was no help at all. He said he’d have management call me when they arrived later that day. All day went by without a call. I went back later that evening and the same man acted as if we had never spoke. He called the manager who came by but was unable to resolve the issue in either way. She said they’d speak with her boss the next day and get back to me. It’s been two days and still no call.
