Best sleep I have had in a hotel in years! We were in town for WBB tournament at the Well. The access in and out of downtown was great. Only issue was there was only 1 working elevator so that made part of it difficult for my wife.

Our stay at hyatt was wonderful. The room was spacious. We got the 2bed & sofa bed since we were 5 people. And we all fit without any issue. Breakfast was good.

Front desk was overall friendly and attentive-always a plus. I did ask for towel service and was given two wash cloths and the floor mat with assurance of receiving towels-never happened. A bummer but I always carry towels with me in case of emergency.
