Was downgraded and offered a breakfast instead but was initially not given breakfast until a back and forth with front desk. Not pleasant. Staff were excellent in restaurant.

Elegant hotel, large room, comfortable bed. Convenient location, lots of restaurants close by. Fridge in room, minibar well-stocked with overpriced goodies. No free coffee.

Excellent location for a quick visit to the city to see a show. Check- in was easy with helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the large room and the hotel lounge was a great place to enjoy a drink after a busy day.

8/10 Very good

Great location and overall good value for the price given the size of the room and location. The hotel is a bit outdated and the lobby and hallway carpets really in need of replacement. The staff were all extremely helpful and efficient and the bed was very comfortable. AC unit in our room was VERY noisy and we had to hold down the toilet handle a long time to get it to flush. This is an older hotel, but again; the price was good for the location and extra large room size.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Tordoro, the daytime doorman. He was always kind and friendly. He smiled non stop and went out of his way to make sure my daughter and I knew how to get where we were going.

Very nice hotel located in midtown. Clean and well kept. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was very large especially by NYC standards. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. My only recommendation is to add streaming services to the TV. It’s something that should be standard in this day and age.

Everything was perfect. Front desk was super helpful and patient. I believe the person that checked us in name was Gerald, but I can be wrong. He was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. Nice size rooms. Old fashioned, but I enjoyed that. I will definitely stay here again.

Client care and customer service cannot be beat. Rooms are a bit older and could use a remodel. With that said, the bed was super comfortable!
