Easy check in and polite staff. Room was comfortable and parking felt safe. Hotel was still completing renovations so trim work was not finished and our sink faucet was not secured. Breakfast could use some improvement: fruit was still frozen, yogurt was scooped from a bowl (prefer to use individual containers) and tortilla shells for burritos were tough.

Questionable housekeeping service.
It would be nice if the staff could understand English. Most housekeeping staff, though they do a nice job in housekeeping they can't understand what you are talking about. Instead of letting you know they act as if they understand. I stayed Wednesday through Sunday and did not get any housekeeping service. I know covid changed the way housekeeping is done, but there are no discounts for not getting your room cleaned. I spoke twice to the house keeping staff about room service and got a nod that they understood, however my room went unclean for the entire time I stayed. Not acceptable..
