Je plains hôtels.com il y été convenu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles à notre arrivé rien de tout sa même pas une étoile le quartier horrible bref je suis surtout déçu du site Hôtels.com.

Es gab nur einen hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Ansonsten war die Lage grausam,es hat überall geschimmelt, die Decken waren dreckig, man konnte sehr schlecht schlafen weil es so unglaublich laut war. Die Zimmer wurden von einem Tag auf den anderen gewechselt. Und der Flur hat sehr schlimm gerochen. Nie wieder.

Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience from the time I entered to exit. I was greeted by Amir at reception and he made my whole experience beautiful. Whatever I was in need of he helped me as I was at home. I lost my suitcase lock key and he sorted it out for me, rolled it to a shop which was 20 min away. I know no one else would have done it. Rooms were cleaned and breakfast provided was great.

Нормальный бюджетный отель. Удачное месторасположение. в 5 минутах любой транспорт(скоростной трамвай, метро, трамвай Т1), на котором можно добраться до любой точки города. Пешком тоже можно дойти (в среднем 15-20 минут к основным достопремичательностям Султанахмед). Есть завтрак, скромный, но для перекуса сойдет. Сначала нас поселили в номер 204, но там странный душ, без какого либо ограждения, вся вода из душа заливает сансузел и все что в нем. На следующий день обещали переселить и переселили. в целом понравилось. для бюджетных путешествий то, что нужно. Персонал приветственный. Помогали решить любые вопросы.

Нам понравился персонал гостиницы. Очень приветливые и вежливые ребята. Все остальное оставило не приятный осадок. Комната очень маленькая, некуда чемоданы поставить. В ванной комнате сильный запах сырости. Был очень слабый напор воды в душе, просто еле-еле вода бежала. И либо очень горячая, либо холодная. Под окном было два кафе и было очень шумно до глубокой ночи. Если закрыть окно и включить кондиционер, то он будет дуть вам прямо в лицо. Вообщем, эта гостиница для тех, кто хочет очень сильно съэкономить и кому не столь важно в каких условиях жить
