A concert at Red Rocks brought us to Denver. This hotel is close to the venue , has a descent continental breakfast , nice friendly staff and a shuttle service to and from concert. We enjoyed our stay.

Front desk was not helpful at all, and there was a surprise 100 dollar hold that needed to be placed on my card for "incidentals" (which there will be none in your room that would even sort of justify this hold), which can be fine, but it seems very sketchy.

Room was clean overall. Front staff was friendly. I was shocked that there was no elevator to the upper floors so desk guy did carry up one if my bags. Breakfast was extremely sparse so we didn't eat it.

The room was fine. Seemed clean. The hot tub was “temporarily” out of service. It appeared it probably has been for a while. Pool was a good temperature though. The breakfast wasn’t great. Mostly just cereal or make your own waffles. The area around the hotel wasn’t great. The vacant lot next door had and closed down restaurant.

We stayed at the Baymont for 3 nights while attending my son’s graduation. The service was poor. We asked for fresh towels in the evening of second and third nights and were told they did not have any towels. We again asked the following morning and were told house keeping was washing them and they were not available. To go without these after multiple requests for multiple days was ridiculous.

Very convenient staff members were very respectful and personable and understanding I was treated with respect grandchildren enjoyed the stay and the pool and it was just a very comfortable atmosphere and the continental breakfast is we're wonderful warm and the coffee was always fresh
